The general approach is to find opportunitstic, event driven situations where EMH has failed - coercing a mispricing. Equally important, we look at instruments that has sufficient liquidity & where the price of the security will converge to true value upon completion of the catalyst. We are industry & sector agnostic and have a strong long bias, but will go short - typically fraud rather than value. We believe in having an ultra-concentrated portfolio and cash serves as our main hedge (i.e. a variation of the Kelly Criterion).
